Internally or externally threaded inserts and standoffs are available in various shapes such as round, hex and square. Also, depending upon the application, inserts and standoffs are available in a variety of materials.
WUXI INGKS utilizes CNC turning, CNC milling, cold heading and CAM automatic lathing to machine inserts and standoffs to your custom specifications.
We can design threaded inserts so that they easily fit into parts of any dimension. We also can machine both solid and drilled spacers. These spacers are used for a variety of applications, such as in the positioning and installation of electrical assemblies. Standoffs can be used as spacers in electronic components as well, helping to prevent electrical shortages. All of these precision electrical fittings can be finished with a knurled surface which increases their tensile strength and resistance to torque.
