DIN 315 Wing Nuts are, as you might expect, internally machine screw threaded nuts with wings. They are one piece and the two rounded tip wings, which are 180° apart, emanate from a cone-shaped base with a flat bottom. Tightened and loosened by finger pressure, they are found in applications that need frequent adjustment or disassembly. They are made of cast zinc plated steel. Right-hand threads are standard.
