Definition
K Lock Nuts consist of a hex nut with a free spinning external teeth bearing washer that created locking mechanism against the nut surface and the mating surface. K Lock Nuts are general purpose nuts with moderate load bearing capacity.
Advantage
1. Strong shear resistance and good reusability. After repeated tightening and dismantling of the nut, its locking force remains unchanged and the original locking effect can be maintained. The 30 degree inclined surface of the nut thread base can evenly distribute the locking force of the k-cap nut on all threads, and the compression force on each thread surface is evenly distributed. The k-cap nut can effectively solve the problems of thread wear and shear deformation.
2. Good reusability. After multiple rounds of tightening and dismantling, the locking force of the k-cap nut remains unchanged and can maintain its original locking effect.
